Do I just have really bad social anxiety/learned bad habits or autism?

I feel NT when I drink but sober I feel constantly anxious around people I don't know. I wear sunglasses outside so I don't have people looking at my eyes.

But if I have a few beers this goes away it just takes so much energy to be around people
