If it’s a more professional clinic you are going to your sort of have to larp your way into getting it. Do not say “hey give me this and this” likely will not work . You have to larp a story about how its a big problem/pain point in your life and you have to fix it as soon as possible.

The way I got prescribed accutane with not too much acne was larping on how it wasn’t at bad at the time now meeting the Dermatologist but how it comes in cycles and showed her older pictures that seemed pretty recent of when the acne was really bad, and then told her I have tried everything else and nothing really has worked out for me at all.

In your case idk come up with a larp about how you have genetical prepositions to losing hair that your dad lost all his hair at 20 or something lmao

I’m in Europe so it’s strict to get anything prescribed really.

Other option for you if you are in the USA I assume is go through some telehealth company to get it prescribed, they’re highly incentivised that you get prescribed it so they make their commissions monthly. Just have to answer some questionnaire online then hop on a quick call and they’ll usually prescribe it immediately via the clinic they are partnered with. Telehealth companies dgaf they just want the money both their and the clinics best interest you get the prescription through

I heard it shouldn’t if you run 2.5Mg, which is pretty low dose. That’s something I wanted to talk to my derm about, because I’ve not gotten any results from topical, but then again people say that if you combine tretinoin with topical you’ll get results as a non-responder?? You got any clue?.
