My nose have other flaws such as wide nasal base, bulbous nosetip and downward tip

I would get a hair transplant first tho because being bald like that ain't ideal at all your nose gives off ethnic vibes (I thought u were ethnic) at first, but I wouldn't stress abut it too much focus on your hair you have a solid eye area asw

Im also bloated, narrow neck, shitty colouring, have a curved occipital bone, mild foward growth, poor chin projection, brown eyes, average height, average frame, boneless, zygoless, browbridgeless
