This is the current pic (I am not crying just allergies cuz I’m outside) taken a couple weeks ago. Do I look better now or is it simply lighting and angle change? What colour for my hair? I want to for my eyebrows and lashes cuz my lashes are extremely long but go blonde at the end for the last 2-3mm which makes them invisible

im thinking which colour would look the best but tbh the blonde doesnt look bad darker hair would give you better contrast

Eyes and lips look better. Very clearly an improvement
