And he looks bloated asf while not being over 20%BF while having similar head shape as me

Maybe that's why I look bloated asf at 20% BF, my head is wide asf? Does that make sense?

I know this is autistic and I'm not saying I look similar to Barrett jfl

Would dropping to 12-15% BF be just a cope?
