Potassium, i can say with every word of conviction in my body; POTASSIUM CHLORIDE IS NOT COPE. I pop 3-6g twice a day or after a large (salty) meal, and I’m debloated by the time i get to school or whatever. Just dont be a retard and get hyperkalemia

I usually carb load before my lifting and i look subhuman and fat but after an intense session, the glycogen is used up in cellular respiration and i come out looking chiseled again cus the carbs and water retention got used
