Had extremely trauma that aged me in 2018

you have bad collagen in the first pic and decent at the second one. Idk if it's specifically on the under eyes or not

Ii would guess you are 14 from the first glance (probably becsuse of bones). But then if I open pic I can see that you are older. Can be fixed with some cosmetic procedures, I'm not tha most knowledgeable on this

So my bones look undeveloped?
 
This is just differences in lighting, you can age your face several years just standing in harsh lighting. Your face tends to look younger given you have a lack of robusticity, however I wouldn't say it looks good as it gives a slightly immature or prepubecent look to your face.
