just don't fall for the meme of deadlifting while wait 5 min between sets and such, work hard on your arms, incline bench, pull ups, ohp, squats. shit..some people deadlifting for 40min, the only muscle it's triggered is the ass, with that 40min u can do a whole full workout.
the sad part is also that 90% of this people will eventually hurt their lower backs.
