I’m getting fat graft instead of implants since I don’t want to risk infection and wasting ton of money on that… too broke to get trimax responsibly until 3 years or so trying to find better value for money that would still work with trimax. If I can get considerable benefit from genio + implants I’d rather do that spaced out than risk getting it from a third world shithole for cheap

if u get the fat graft under ur eye and get like a bimax or something to pull ur chin and maxilla forward u would look like the model for leon kennedy

Idk yet got my consult tomorrow, estimates from ppl who got it at same place say 3-4k including travel? I’ll get back to u on it tho once I get a quote if u want, getting consults at other clinics too so not finalized

I’m glad this forum has no idea for how cheap you can get surgeries performed at the highest level.
You could almost get trimax for that price.

I will give you a hint: avoid vietnam and india from the asian countries.
outrageous work ethics, if something goes horribly wrong there is nothing you can do, they won't face any consequences for a botched procedure due to corruption, too little experience.

Consider thailand, malaysia, philippines, brazil, turkey
It will be very hard to find the right guy, but I’m sure you can make it happen.
