Top 25%, but there's a lot of people. Pretty good angularity from the front, good idea to keep the stubble as your ramus is short and you have a bit of downgrowth, your nose is unideal and you have a lot of UEE (which is unideal), and most of these can't be fixed without surgery or controversial methods. Those are the only flaws I notice, however. I'd recommend glasses to hide the nose and learning how to style your hair to be more female-gaze.
