I think you’re higher than a MTN, more like a HTN. But I’d say your worst failo is the long midface/nose which is something you can’t fix unfortunately. Better haircut + positive tilted brows would make you look better. Also try to get lower body fat and your face looks somewhat flat, although that could just be lense distortion doing that.
