I think the sunglasses help your eye area quite a bit. It looks a bit narrow and barren without them but covering them up only leaves your PCT eyebrows showing which is a positive trait so all in all decent choice. Lower third is weak so I wouldn't follow anyone's advice to shave it off. I'd either keep it or grow it out more. I also think your hair adds to your overall look. You're not going to be pulling off any high class looks with that pheno so letting it sit a bit wild plays a bit more to your strengths

Your base may be quite limiting but I think you've done pretty well to choose what suits you. You went from looking like a homeless bum to a truck driver with mild swag
