It's not about bf, its about muscle size. You have bigger muscles.
Theres a trillion different shapes, for example if it was about modelling, he would mog you since modelling requires a more lean shape. If it was a competitive bodybuilding thing, you would mog him.

It's like comparing a potato and a biscuit, both are on the "edible" category, but are completly different things if you get what I mean.
