Feminized chin, and generally weak lower third. Asymmetry in the eyes (one is really negatively tilted). Wide nose. Small lips (probably small upper pallet). Your coloring is really good tho (skin and eyes). Most probably need to hardmaxx your way into a htn. But it's important for you to lose weight first
