Cleanser is a staple of any skin regimen. You only need to wash your FACE once a day though, otherwise, you risk compromising your skin barrier.

I didn’t use a cleanser for 3 months with tret and while my skin definitely improved, when I introduced cleansers & proper moisturizer my quality of skin massively improved and cleared lots of the acne & pimples I was getting.
