Achievable only w genio?

Issue is my bite is already good, so I’d have to get bimax to advance both upper teeth nd lower..

Thinking of maybe just doing something to my chin, bro that morph looks really good, angularity is what i need too

Thinking of maybe just doing something to my chin, bro that morph looks really good, angularity is what i need too

if your bite is good then the issue is canting of your maxilla. its angled terribly then, if you had ccw done with minor genio you can easily achieve the pic

not downgrowth my friend, you have forward growth but its mainly the mandible length and the rotation of the maxilla, NOT the maxilla being grown vertically lower or "downgrowth". theyre both bad tbh. if u dont have medical necessary issues then yeah u might as well wageslave. im getting surgery in 4 months for trimax

Yeah I dont have a long midface so i doubt im downgrown a lot, still boggles me that if my bite is fine, i cant get a bsso since that will give me an underbite, i’d have to advance both upper and lower jaw forward together

very unlikely to do only ccw and genio, the genio and ccw would do 90% of the work anyways, so if you had a trimax the maxilla advancement and mandible advancement would barely change anything its mainly the ccw and genio so dont worry at all, think of it as an extra free advancement included with the surgery.
