I’ve always had a broad forehead, but now my hair has started to thin. I’m between NW1 and NW2. With PRP, DHT blockers, topical minoxidil, and hair loss care, is it possible to move my hairline forward by 2 cm in the front and 4 cm on the sides, or is a hair transplant necessary? If I do need a transplant, which technique would be best for my situation?

All over the top or isolated to the temples? This is key when evaluating if a transplant makes sense in your case.

If you’re thinning diffusely then an aggressive hairline transplant might not be a good idea.
You risk depleting your donor area for future transplants.
