We share the same maxilla and jaw, i don't think you need anything if your bite is good, go and check an ortho if you actually think you got a problem to fix or a maxillofacial surgeon who does them for aesthetical reasons.

It's good, but idk if it's fat pads related or skeletal.

The infras skeletally are bad, I can’t tell if my entire midface is recessed but the infra orbitals are drooping down and maxilla is hollow around the paranasal region, nasion is projected I think, and zygos are wide and somewhat forwardly grown but I think the maxilla is just sunken in
