Do I need a palate expander?

I’m not sure if I need one, my maxilla is flat(I think) and I want more forward growth. Also I have recessed infraorbitals. What should I do? I’m 16

Why are your teeth covered? We know that they are crazy yellow+ maybe tell us your palate width?
