I am looking for an honest, objective analysis of my nose. Do I need an alarplasty or any other procedure to improve facial harmony? or is dimorphism more important in this case?
If this pic is real, then you've got an elite-tier robust skull

Regarding your enquiry : the quality of your picture doesn't really allow an accurate assessment. It seems that your alae do align quite well with the medial canthi. And the mouth to nose width ratio seems alright (~1.4). Also, your midface being obviously very broad, a narrower nose wouldn't necessarily be a good match, proportions-wise. So I'd venture to say that an alar plasty isn't necessary.
On the other hand, you seem to have a retruded/flat columella, which makes your philtrum look longer (a bit too long imo). Grafting the columella and/or a filtroplasty might be beneficial.
Unrelated to the nose :
- closer-set eyebrows would improve your facial harmony ; minoxidil + microneedling could generate an improvement if you already have some vellus or sparse eyebrows to work on
- palpebral fissure length seems to be lacking, but there's nothing you can do about it anyway
- hairline and temporal peaks both look a bit receded, but the large forehead is counter-balanced by your massive bone structure, so I wouldn't say it's too much of a problem ; just make sure they don't recede any further (finasteride/dutasteride + minoxidil + microneedling)
Morph with grafted columella, filtroplasty, closer-set eyebrows, and improved hairline + temporal peaks :
