I've been trying to plan which surgeries I will likely get in the future and I can't tell if I need a bimax.
My bite is perfect (I've had invisalign) but my face is pretty flat. I've drawn a straight line from my browridge to my chin and it is completely vertical, hardly any forward growth whatsoever.
This drawing is almost identical to my side profile, in terms of forward growth.
I've considered just getting wraparound+chin implants instead. Would this be enough?
