Do i need bloodwork at 250mg test cruise?

Been running gear for about 20 weeks now, done my bloodwork before gear, mid cycle (350mg + 20var), and i havent done anything else yet,

due to complication i been on 150 test weekly for about 2 weeks, ordered more test vials and planning to stay indefinitely on 250mg without ai
At 300 i start aromatizing, i dont wanna end up retarded because of the arimidex

Do i need any more bloodworks? Considering ive done mine mid cycle (8th week) on 300mg and the only issue with my e2 being twice as high as the normal range.

i would still get bloodwork to make sure your lipids arent fucked
