i dont see why anyone would want to grow there eyelashes tho, i thought it was typical for nearly all male to have natrually long eyelases or eyelashes that suit their eyes. I dont see what benefit it provides going longer

oral minox 2.5mg alone grew my eyelashes and gave me an eyeshadow effect if minox alone doesnt work use lat (had prominent eyelashes before so take my advice with salt)

I can counter it by applying Vaseline and and only applying on upper eyelash also someone suggest me to cycle it

cycling? is it for hyperpigmentation on eyelid? plus as long as u dont mess up application u shld be good. and yes vaseline can play a role in protecting from excess spill of the substance.
