so if i get ccw trimax (conter clockwise lefort 1, mandible BSSO, genioplasty.

after getting this done will i need braces?

do you think i would get braces for free if surgery fucked up my teeth and i just tell dentist i woke up and it was just that way?

i already have straoght teeth so they would wonder how my teeth got fucked up. i dont wanna pay 8k for braces so ill just tell them idk what happened
