I don't think insurance would cover it, especially in my country.

But atleast I live in spain so surgeries are pretty cheap trimax would prob cost 20-25k euros with everything included

No, the only way Insurance (American) would cover it is if you have breathing problem's which Orthodontic's cannot fix.
I think Bwython is a good example (Though I have no clue if his insurance is covering it).

It also depend's on your local insurance, aswell.
