Planning maxilla, SNA too low, genio for better mentolobial angle. And u can see I have too visible nasolobial folds that makes me aged af. Local surgeon said I’m class I.
CCW+Lefort I + genio + BSSO(??). Like default trimax or not? What u think?

Try to find someone who you can be really specific abt the sort of results you want, and whats vaible a good surgeon will tell you what's best in your case.
