Do I need elevator shoes?

I have 2 options:

Nike AF1s which give me like 1.25 inches in terms of height max

or

Elevator sneakers which give me 2.5 inches

I’m 6’2 barefoot basically

I can’t decide which ones to get. Idk if the height halo is even needed atp?

Yeah but the idea of being 6’4 ish is crazy enticing. But idk if it’ll hurt my joints long term.

I think frauding 2-4 inches could be great. The diffrence between 6.2 and 6'4-6'6 is huge. You are deffo going to see major benfits i think.
