I have an overbite or an over jett and crowding in both upper and lower jaw,,i went to an clinic and ortho said you need 4 extractions,,2 from above 2 from down,i asked them many times if i can get self ligating or damon braces instead of normal braces but even so they said extractions are still required,,they said my wisdom teeths have still not appeared and when it will appear you will sure need extractions,,i even said it will recess your jaw and make your jaw more smaller and airways more smaller but they didnt agree and said i was wrong,,i cant get any surgeries or any other treatments like mrpe, palate expander,etc,,i only can get braces cuz it fits in my budget,i want to make my side profile and smile better by correcting my mallaclusions..please help me know if extractions is needed in my case,,thank you.. 16 Male,,pics downward
