Do i need fat graft or implants?

do we think fat grafting is enough here or do i need infra implants? ik my canthal tilt is horrible i’ll probably get an eye lift for that.

Fat alot of times does not survive long term if it is not harvest from the eye area itself.

They take away fat from lower eyelid and inject it under the eye, but you don't have lower eyelids. Also, this technique is a trade off and often times leads to the dissapearance of a 'squintish look'.

They dont take it from your face as the goal is to gain volume they take it from your belly, tigh, back.
And after the recovery is over the results are permanent new fat pads
