I thought that his fat pads, were why didn't have such droopy eye lids. I think he does have recessed infras.

he does but its not that bad, i think most people would get fat grafts in his case

for me my major issue on the fatgrafts, i don't have any undereye fat pads, i think infras would soot him better, since in the front there is a little more under eye hollowing
