Do I need Invisalign or braces?

Don’t mind the photos they are from when I was teeth whitening, but I have a slight underbite, should I get braces for this, I’m 17 years old, 18 in 4 months, would I see my improvement, or should I look at something like Invisalign.

I’m not well educated in this field so I might have gotten stuff wrong or mixed up

i got invisaglin and i wanna kms, I didnt research enough and listend to doctors. I can barely wear it throughout the day bc i have to eat every 2 hours so it will take crazy long dont do invisaglin if you have to eat sometimes
