Do I need lateral canthoplasty?

I’m getting fat grafting on upper eyelids, and to vertically shorten eyes my surgeon suggested a lateral canthoplasty, which reduces scleral show on the lateral side of the eye and increases canthal tilt. The problem is my canthal tilt is already positive, so I think this would just feminize my eyes. Thoughts?

i think theres a lot of lens distortion in that pic so not quite accurate to what ur eye looks like, however your plan for surgery sounds good, canthoplasty is a versatile procedure and there doesnt have to be a dramatic change to the actual angle of ur canthal tilt. I am a big proponent of tight lower eyelids.

However this begs the question on how good the your bone support is in ur undereyes.

ur eyes overall look good, upper eyellid fillers in themselves will improve a lot. Augmentation to the lower eyelid might be unnecessary. I assume thats a relaxed pose in that pic u posted op?
