Do i need lefort 1?

Do i need lefort 1 or is it not worth it and would some implants be better than a good side?

Someone said i need lefort 2 without the lefort one part. My palette is Just shorter than my mandible is. But my teelthandleiding are alinea a little slanted tho idk what else i could really do than modified lefort 1 and implants to make my zygos match the maxilla
