Do I need lefort 2 to fix this problem?

My problem is my nose is long and im recessed. was hoping to get bimaxx ccw and fix the nose and recession issue. But just realised lefort 2 is more dangerous and they refuse to do it on anyone who isnt deformed. will it not be possible to fix my long nose issue?

the ccw of my maxilla was mean tto fix the perceived length of my nose but it coming more up instead of downgrowth. so is this not possible now with lefort 1?

long is the problem. how will ccw make it longer? it will make it percieved as shorter

Not really. If the entire nasomaxillary complex is rotated then the nose will appear smaller due to angles.

If I remember OP's case, he doesn't need lefort 2.
