Do i need orbital decompression on top of more undereye support

Im around 32% bodyfat rn and working on getting to 12%

but eye area can descend even more when u lose fat padding, and i already have very little under my eyes

But how do i fix my bulging eye look, is orbital decompression the only way to get deep set eyes? I realized its the protruding eyes, my eyebrows, and lack of undereye support that are why i hate my eye area especially from side profile
