I know I need it but I’ve been searching a bit around and the only before and after I’ve was from guys with REALLY bulging eyes, like so much that their before was pretty much like my now.
So, do I need need it? Or will the result will be minimal? I know it’s a pretty nd surgery and it can have some nasty complications,
Maybe if I get a lefort/bimax I will have enough mid face support to put some big infra implants, idk

I know I’m still a flaccidcel and I have a lot to work on, but I still will a lltn after all the work, I already lost 70 pounds once, so I still think to go for surgery.

Here is a morph from ChatGPT and I think I ascende quite hard? Obviously the chin has a better projection and I have leaner jaw all around but it’s still something

You don't need to have really bulging eyes (like thyroid disease eyes) to do OD, you can do it even for mild prominence and it's pretty safe like that. You can combine it with infra implants. Bimax won't do anything for this nor should you get it.

By “pretty safe like that” you mean that for milder case OD is safer than for people with thyroid eyes or very bad case?

It's not that risky in general but safer if you don't have disease and don't need much movement. But it depends on the surgeon, this is assuming you have a very good one.

Yea, I guess having a good surgeon is law, have you got any recommendations? I will be pretty grateful

If you get OD, make sure you only do one wall (surgeon may decompress fat as well, which is also ok). Lateral wall decompression has lowest complication rates with diplopia according to studies.

Different surgeons have different approaches to the surgery. Some decompress lateral first, others floor first and some medial wall first. Medial and floor have the higher complication rates than lateral. It’s also important to note that medial wall decompression can reduce IPD and floor can lead to globe dystopia (someone can correct me on this).

It’s a pretty expensive surgery, but I would recommend not cheaping out and going to a doctor who isn’t very well regarded. There was one guy on Reddit who went to some random surgeon (he had no TED) and he got a medial and floor decompression (2 walls), but his proptosis (eye bulging) only reduced 2mm and he ended up getting double vision after, which had to be corrected via strabismus surgery. His eye bulging was extreme so 2mm decompression made basically no visual difference and left him with double vision. The double vision ended up coming back after 3 years post getting it corrected via strabismus surgery as well.

Surgeons I’d recommend are Dr Deepak Ramesh and Dr Raymond Douglas as mentioned above. Some others like Dr Vrcek take a different approach (decompressing the floor) but they are experienced enough in their technique that the complication rates are likely to be similarly low.

I’d always recommend finding a surgeon who specialises in the surgery and does a large number of decompressions regularly and importantly comes across as having good morals and values. So that in the worst case, they don’t fuck you over like Taban did with Frank Tufano.

None of those surgeons were able to help Frank Tufano botchedbytaban.com

Douglas tried his best and marginally helped Frank. Dr Kashima was the one that did Franks most recent surgery that made him look basically normal again. He’s another decent option you could go to for OD but he does fat decompressions. The surgeons refused to help Frank mainly because he is a mentalcel.

i will not recommend OD for aestetic the less complication rate you get is at 1-2 wall and and 1 and 2 is not really that gmaechnaging try to just add arounf your eyes

Yeah OD, is gonna make you drop 10% bodyfat, increase your maxilla projection by 20%, fix your shitty skin and give you a chin.

Totally!

Fat for example? Or are orbital implants are just that better

No you don't need bimax for support if you really want support and projection to the midface related to the eyes there is plenty others options

Some kind of implants I think you have a negative vectors ( I can be wrong is form the pic you show )

Yes infra is a good solution and not the only one tho

Can fat grafing be a cheap alternative? I live in a country where the avarege salary is barely 1k

Yeah I know nga, my bf is my biggest failo, but my face in general isn’t that blessed to begin with
