Do I need orbital decompression?

This pic really shows the hollowness of my undereyes. Do I need OD? I can feel “globe” of my eyeball when I feel my outside edge of my eye.

Ik under eye fillers will help a lot but I’m wondering if I would need OD to offer a more permanent solution

No it would be useless. He doesn't need orbital decompression. It would be a waste of time, money, and would ultimately not make a difference.
Taban does orbital decompression AND implants if needed. Orbital decompression by itself is only for protruding eyes.
