How do I get my dermatologist to prescribe Tretinoin?

Like I said, I have tretinoin because I took it from my bro who got it prescribed by derm due to serious acne.
But unfortunately it's almost empty so I need to get it. There is no other way than to get it prescribed to me.
My current skin situation is thankfully quite good, but I want to maxx my texture to get that almost gay looking chad skin.
The only failo besides a few small pimples and larger pores is roseaca. I'm a little afraid if it might do something bad, but I've been using it for 2 months and it looks alright.
So what should I say to her? Listen I took this from my brother and I think it does good for my face and want to keep using it for antiaging?
Main problem I have is that she is a family friend so I don't want to look gay.
