DO I NEED ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT?

Hello guys,so in 2023 i got a palate expander for my third tooth to the right cause it was sticking out so it can go down,in february 2025 my orthodontist told me to stop wearing it,she DID NOT say to wear it at night which confused me,she just said to stop wearing it.I recently went there in hopes to get one again,they did a scan to see if i have the 8th teeth and she said they were in a good position.I told her that I bite myself sometimes while eating and that i sleep with my mouth open like sometimes i notice.But she said everything is perfect.First picture is before expander,second the day i stopped wearing it and the third is where im at right now.
If you need me to send like a pic of my bite or smth to help u guys figure out just tell me.

you need to put your damn expander back in. your pallet is narrow.
go to a diffrent ortho she just disregarded your bite you need ortho work.

thank you,i turn 18 in december,and please tell me what to say to a different ortho.But I dont know where to go now since that is like an university and last time i really tried to tell them i need it but they kept saying that i dont and if i go back there the same thing will happen.What do i tell them.But idk i think im fked up cause i dont know where to go now honestly maybe my last option is to go private but that would cost money idk how much an expander costs. I think they didnt give me another one because like my teeth are fine ig and because medical care is free in my country so they only give it to someone who really needs it.
