Need advice on dentofacial aesthetics

I went to the dentist today and got a pano scan of my teeth. And my dentist is saying I must remove all 4 wisdom teeth cuz they ain’t growing properly. I also have bimaxillary protrusion (I also have a x-ray scan of that). Also, to fix the protrusion they are saying they might use a pallet expander and then put braces. What do yall think? Will the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth and a pallet expander help me? 2 other doctors said I need to extract a tooth from all 4 sides or grind each teeth bit by bit in order to fix my protrusion and then put braces but I don’t like that idea. What do yall think and recommend me to do? And how will my face change by doing all these things? Oh and also my face will be really swollen after my wisdom teeth extraction, is there anything I can do about that?

Then why reply to my thread. And I didn’t get a buzz, I went bald because of cancer. But I beat it so I’m good now and my hair is back. But anyways thanks.
