My mouth is narrow but palatte expansion would make my face look worse because my fwthr is already very high. I would get such a boxy face. Lip lift maybe

You do not need rhino tbh but once you change you’re overall facial structure with other sht, you might need a new nose to fit into the new face

Dude you’re nose is pretty good maybe just slight asymmetry but even then the side view is pretty good, now if you want me to get into the lengths and stuff that’s a diff a story
