1.grow a styled short beard 2. Get rid of dark circles 3. Lose face fat (gym and clean healthy diet) . 4. Skincare. 5. Fix your balding and grow it longer

Hard max: 1. Chin filler to make the chin slightly wider or more prominent (could be avoided if u can fraud chin with a beard like Andrew tate . 2. You might need cheekbone implant or filler but do the softmaxxes first.

Rhino should be last so the surgeon makes it fit his harmony after other stuff. Everyone has Asymmetry and it’s not noticeable orbital implants could be true if he goes to a good surgeon he won’t need anything for that area anymore even cheekbones will be good after
