I'm so fucking depressed. Like I don't know what to do anymore, I can't help it. I feel fucking awful. I just want to feel normal I can barely function.

Literally as I'm typing this I feel like there's a fucking hole in my chest. Someone help me, tell me what to do.

Depression's symptoms & Low Test levels are very similar, actually basically the same, and doctor prescribed HRT is a 10x better alternative to anti-depressants.

A while back I got my hormones checked. I was hoping they were the problem so that it would be fixable, unlike depression which I don't know any way to fix without meds with serious side effects.

I honestly just want a pill I can take online without a doctor. I'm in the military everything is super anal and complicated, and it's even more complex since I'm a flyer who has different rules than LITERALLY 99% of the military. Only 2% of the air force members even fly in the air and as a result I have more strict rules because my job is so important.

Jesus that's a tough situation. I can't think of a solution but would seriously advise you to not take anti-depressants you got from the internet without a doctor. It's also illegal so with everything restricted & complicated as you say I imagine it could end badly.

Yeah it's gay because there's free military healthcare, but if I told them I had depression they would IMMEDIATELY kick me out and I would be back in my shithole parents house, struggling to find a job, lonely as fuck and hungry with no money and suicidal.

Fuck that, I'm still depressed here but at least not financially as well. I just need to fix my depression and I can finally then relax.

You probably already thought of this but I just remembered that MDMA & psychedelics have been shown to treat depression. Would probably be better than SSRIs or other anti-depressants.

Took 1 Poll of ssri felt ten times worse for a week and needed one month to recover
Then I tried Vitamin D and Lifting and im good

Exactly dude. Bro I don't even have fucking FAMILY man they wanted me out so I joined the military, little did I know I joined one of the most lonely career fields in the book.

It is what it is I just need drugs or something at this point.
