Do i need surgery to ascend to htn ?

Ok so I feel like im close to leaving mmtn but would like another rating and thinking what i could do besides softmaxxing. I thinking peptides, steroids or a palates expander. But I’d like to hear your suggestions and maybe rating if you don’t think i’m mmtn
