bone smashing is cope it just gives temporay results by swelling,i would reccomend igf1 signalling and just naturally increas testosterone since your at the peak age for bone growth

U need to drill in bones for better results, u can call this bonesmash 2.0
I was gonna gatekeep this method but u seem nice so I'm telling it

u wont benefit from bonesmashing u need to learn proper body, neck and oral posture. Focus on chewing your food thoroughly on both sides using your premolars and molars, swallow using your tongue, mew 24/7, nasal breath 24/7. Eat lots of animal foods like beef, fish liver, oysters, salmon, cheese, yoghurt, ghee, etc. Get lots of sunlight, take vit d3, k2, zinc and magnesium if you cant get enough from your diet. Also get 8-9 hours of sleep per night non negotiable. A lot of this sounds cope and things like bonesmashing and peptides sound more extreme so you think will give you better results but that isn't the case you are at an age where environmental factors can still heavily impact your development
 
you gotta bonesmash 5x daily, eat 1kg of white sugar and do massai jumps. then you will be chad:chad:
