I don’t think you need to change anything. You already speak English really well very articulate and fluent. You definitely sound Indian, but in an educated, refined way similar to the Google CEO. You could try accent coaching if you want but honestly, your accent is perfectly fine. As a native speaker, I can understand you completely.
