Obviously it would be better if you had scans.

Either CBCT or saggital and frontal x-rays.

I’m stuck in the UK because I can’t get a referral for these scans due to restrictive laws around radiation. There’s no option of “shut up and take my money”.

I’m not even sure a foreign surgeon would be able to issue a valid referral as they would not be uk registered and would not have access to the uk referral portal system.

Depending on country there are no doubt many issues like this that can pop up.
