and have good habits while growing up, gym, diet, sleep, posture
mew 24/7 and stay at around 15% bf throughout puberty

probably it is, but marpe isn't gonna push the maxilla forward, not by a noticable amount anyways as it primarily only widens it
in the future you could always save up for a lefort but rn there isn't much you can do except mewing constantly
