also one tip your never gonna get accutane instantly unless you have already been on medications, accutane is seen as last resort so they will try alot before that and if those dont work then you get accutane. Unless you get a random derm who hands it out instantly but most good derms wont do that

Just say you’ve tried other acne prescriptions and it’s been like this for months and accutane for sure

just ask for it, if they refuse get a new derm, acne is severe i doubt they’ll say no so just ask, also say you’ve tried everything else and nothing works for extra measurement, mark solution and rep
