Your canthal tilt and eyelid hooding are largely genetic and determined by your bone structure. Medial canthus cutting (epicanthoplasty) is not a magic fix — it's high risk and often leaves scars or asymmetry. Hooded lids aren't a defect, and having a slightly negative tilt isn't going to ruin your face. If you want a cleaner look, reduce puffiness via lower bodyfat, get enough sleep and groom your brows. Chasing random surgeries at our age is cope.
